Location: Near Saadi Town, Karachi Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of documents, including:
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Work instructions
- Quality control checklists
- Technical reports
- Customer support documentation
You will also be responsible for:
- Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Formatting documents according to company style guidelines
- Maintaining a library of documents
- Uploading documents to a shared server
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with document management systems a plus
